Thank you for your interest in applying for the Scholarship Program for the Summit 2025 “Ending the Diagnostic Odyssey”. This Summit is a unique event dedicated to addressing and finding solutions for the prolonged journey many patients face in receiving a proper diagnosis.
We are excited to offer scholarships covering registration fees for our upcoming Summit.
Additionally, we will be offering a limited number of scholarships for travel and lodging. Please note that if you receive a travel and lodging scholarship, you may still need to arrange your own accommodations and travel plans.

About the Summit 2025:
The Summit 2025: “Ending the Diagnostic Odyssey” is an essential gathering for advocates, healthcare professionals, and leaders dedicated to improving diagnostic processes and outcomes for patients. This Summit offers a platform for collaboration, education, and advocacy.

- Day 1: Monday, April 28: Opening Ceremonies and Keynote Speeches
- Day 2: Tuesday, April 29: Workshops and Panel Discussions
- Day 2: Tuesday, April 29: Evening Awareness Event: TBD
- Day 3: Wednesday, April 30: Strategy Sessions and Closing Remarks

Scholarship applications will be accepted until 12:00 PM ET on November 30, 2024. Scholarship recipients will be notified on or after the week of January 1, 2025.
