If you are a patient or family caregiver of someone who has been searching for their diagnosis, are yet undiagnosed or have an ultra-rare disease, then this event is for you.  If you are a clinician or looking for referral sources for your patients that you are caring for, then this event is for you.  From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., clinicians and researchers from the Baylor College of Medicine will speak about the lates in diagnostics and research while having time to hear stories and meet with others who live in your community and face similar challenges.
